Omni Dustproofing Hardener
We offer a lithium polysilicate hardener for freshly troweled concrete and tilt-up construction slabs. This product provides maximum hardening to improve abrasion resistance and reduce dusting with a simple, one-coat application. Cures can be applied directly on top of treated surfaces to enhance hydration without the discoloration and whitening associated with traditional hardeners. The treatment leaves no film, reduces application time and cost, and allows most curing compounds to be more easily removed with scrubbing after concrete is cured, typically 28 days.
Omni Densifiers
We offer both a colloidal silica and lithium polysilicate densifiers for the concrete polishing market. Both come in concentrated format, which reduces freight cost and provides easier movement of product. Both can be sprayed on and do not require any cleanup prior to your next grinding step. Omni densifiers penetrate up to ¼ inch (7mm) and react with the free calcium to form insoluble calcium silica hydrate. This “densifies” the floor, making the concrete more water, stain, and abrasion resistant for easier maintenance and longer life.
OmniGuard High Gloss Finish
This is a best seller that has proven itself on countless jobs. It is a high-gloss, stain and wear resistant finish for improving the shine, hardness and chemical resistance of concrete floors. It is a water-based, lithium fortified chemical polish that dries quickly to a clear, extremely hard, microcoating that bonds and reacts with the substrate forming an insoluble bond. This treatment can represent a significant cost saving to the building owner, as it removes the need for floor waxes, liquid polishes and conventional resin based coatings.
OmniClean Cleaner & Restorer
This maintenance product uses Nano-Lithium polymers and a blend of detergents to harden and protect the surface. Unlike any other cleaner, it provides superior clarity as it lifts and cuts through dirt and embedded residue. This product will also restore dulled and dirty floors. Finally, this product prevents marking, scuffing, and scratching if used on a regular basis.
